Caps are a favorite add-on sale for merch lines, teams and shops. DTF transfers work on cap fronts when you use a hat press or a curved platen — a flat press can't reach the crown evenly. Placement tip: keep front graphics about 2–2.5 inches tall and 3–4 inches wide, centered on the front panels; unstructured dad hats press more easily than stiff structured crowns, and side hits run 1–1.5 inches tall.

Can I apply DTF transfers to caps and hats?
Yes — DTF works on cap fronts when you use a hat press or a curved platen; a flat press can’t reach the curved crown evenly. Keep designs within the front panel area and follow the fabric’s pressing settings.
Is there a minimum order for blank hats?
No. Order one cap or a full run; there is no minimum quantity.
Can I mix styles and colors in one order?
Yes. Combine any styles and colors in a single order, together with your transfers if you like.
How do blank hats ship?
Blanks ship separately from our apparel warehouse via UPS — a flat $29.90 per blank order, free when the blanks total is over $275. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories ship at a flat $199. Transfers ship from our print shop in their own package.
Which hats are easiest to decorate?
Structured caps with a firm front panel (twill dad hats, snapbacks, trucker fronts) are the easiest to press; beanies need a lower-temperature, lighter-pressure approach. Construction details are on each product page.
