What Package Protection covers
Package Protection is an optional service that guarantees a free one-time reprint and reshipment of your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It is not insurance and does not change your delivery speed.
Covered cases
- Lost in transit — tracking has shown no movement for 7+ days (20+ days for international shipments).
- Marked delivered but missing — wait 5 days after the delivery scan (carriers often scan early), then report within 15 days.
- Damaged on arrival — transfers arrive unusable. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
How to file a claim
Email info@sumotransfers.com with your order number and a short description (photos for damage claims). We approve valid claims within 1 business day and put the reprint straight into production.
The fine print
- Covers one reprint of the same items, shipped with standard shipping.
- Does not cover wrong addresses entered at checkout, or delays while the package is still moving.
- Package Protection never changes production or delivery time of the original order.
