Can I get my shirts before a date?

Order before the weekday cutoff for same-business-day dispatch. Standard shipping is UPS Express (1–3 days); faster UPS Next Day Air options are shown at live rates in checkout.

What is the minimum I can order?

There is no minimum. Whether you need 1 or 100,000, we've got you covered. No art fees and no setup fees.

How quickly can I get my order?

Orders placed before the weekday cutoff ship the same business day; the countdown at the top of the page shows the time left. Transfers ship UPS Express (1–3 days), free on orders $99 and up, $12.90 flat below that.

Which press settings should I use?

It depends on your press. Industrial press: 300°F for 7 seconds. Manual press: 310°F for 10 seconds. Cricut press: 335°F for 20 seconds. Hat press: 230°F for 8 seconds. Step-by-step help is in our press guide.

Which file format should I use?

Vector art gives the best results (.AI, .PDF, .EPS). Raster art should be at least 300 dpi; we also accept .JPG and .PNG.
