How the calculator works

Pick DTF or UV DTF and a sheet length. Every Sumo gang sheet is 22 inches wide, up to 30 ft long.
Enter your design's width and height in inches and the gap you want between copies.
The calculator lays the design out in a grid, tries it both ways round and shows how many fit, the sheet price and the cost per design.

Gang sheet questions

Is one long sheet cheaper than several short ones?
Usually, yes. The price per foot drops as the sheet gets longer, as the table above shows. A longer sheet only saves money when you fill it, so check the cost per design too.

Can I put different designs on one sheet?
Yes. A gang sheet holds as many designs as fit on it. Arrange them in the online gang sheet builder or upload a print-ready sheet.

Which file format should I use?
Vector art gives the best results (AI, PDF, EPS). Raster art should be at least 300 DPI; we also accept JPG and PNG.

Is there a minimum order?
No. There are no minimums, no art fees and no setup fees.

What size should each design be?
