Keep each number grouped as one piece so it presses in one go, and run youth sizes on their own rows if the roster spans ages.

Can DTF go on polyester jerseys?

Yes. Polyester is heat-sensitive, so keep a cover sheet on and do not over-press. Our press guide has the settings for your press.

What is the minimum I can order?

There is no minimum. Whether you need 1 or 100,000, we've got you covered. No art fees and no setup fees.

How quickly can I get my order?

Orders placed before the weekday cutoff ship the same business day; the countdown at the top of the page shows the time left. Transfers ship UPS Express (1–3 days), free on orders $99 and up, $12.90 flat below that.

Which press settings should I use?

It depends on your press. Industrial press: 300°F for 7 seconds. Manual press: 310°F for 10 seconds. Cricut press: 335°F for 20 seconds. Hat press: 230°F for 8 seconds. Step-by-step help is in our press guide.

Which file format should I use?

Vector art gives the best results (.AI, .PDF, .EPS). Raster art should be at least 300 dpi; we also accept .JPG and .PNG.
