DTF Gang Sheet (Upload Your Own File)

• Your file, printed as it is. Every sheet is 22 in wide; pick the length that matches your file.
• Checked as you upload. The uploader reads your file’s size and resolution before you add it to the cart.
• Hot peel. Lift the film as soon as the press opens.
• Cotton, polyester and blends. Pressed with a heat press.
• Tested for 100+ washes.
• No art fees, no setup fees, no minimums. Order one, or a hundred thousand.

• Width: every sheet is 22 in wide. Lengths run up to 30 ft.
• Resolution: 300 DPI at print size. Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) stay sharp at any size.
• Background: transparent. Only your artwork should print.
• File types: PNG, PDF, AI, TIFF, PSD and EPS.

• Same-day dispatch: order before today’s cutoff, Monday to Friday, and it ships the same day. The countdown at the top of the page shows the time left. Special requests such as background removal or color fixes can take longer.
• UPS Express, 1–3 days: free on orders of $99 or more, $12.90 flat below that. UPS Next Day Air options are priced live at checkout.
• Local pickup: choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at our Dallas Store, 11969 Plano Rd, Suite 190, Dallas, TX 75243.
• Blank apparel ships separately from our apparel warehouse: $29.90 flat, free when blanks total $275 or more.
• Package Protection is an option in your cart: one free reprint and reship if a package is lost, stolen or damaged. How it works

Shipping policy

• Pay per sheet length. Pick the length that matches your file; bigger sheets cost less per foot.
• Royal membership: 25% off DTF, UV DTF and ready-to-press transfers, $49.90/month. The member discount cannot be combined with other discount codes and excludes pre-made gang sheets, cup wraps, pre-cut, the sample pack, Machines & Supplies and blank apparel. See the plan
• DTF rolls: pick Half Roll (165 ft, $559.95, $3.39 per ft) or Whole Roll (330 ft, $999.95, $3.03 per ft) as the size. Upload the artwork as transparent 22-inch-wide files in 360-inch segments: 6 files for a half roll, 11 for a whole roll.
• Free shipping on orders of $99 or more.

Transfers are made to order, so we don’t take returns for a change of mind. If we made a mistake, or an item arrives missing or damaged, we’ll sort it out.

• Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Replacements are decided case by case.
• Cancel within 2 hours of ordering (30 minutes for overnight orders).
• Refunds are issued within 10 business days.
